- Pumpkin seeds
- Olive oil (or butter, vegetable oil, canola oil etc.)
- Rinse the seeds under cold running water to stringy bits.
- Lay out to dry.
- Transfer the seeds to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Use about 1 tsp. oil for about 2 cups of seeds
- Stir until all coated.
- Dust with some Sea Salt - stir again.
- Spread onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for about ten minutes.
Take out - give them a stir - pop them back in for another 8-10 minutes.
